1. Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by Green Stream Wholesale of Crops Cereals and Greens Trading L.L.C ("Green Stream", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the technical information any web server records automatically.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, social media pixels or behavioural retargeting on this website. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.
3. How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on our contact page composes a message and opens it in your own email programme. Nothing is transmitted to us until you press send in that programme. If we later switch to server-side processing, the data you type will be sent directly to our mailbox on our own hosting and to no third party.
4. Why we process your data, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and quote for your requirement — on the basis of your request and of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To perform and administer a trade contract once one exists between us — on the basis of that contract.
- To meet legal obligations — including commercial record-keeping, tax, customs and anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening requirements applicable to us in the United Arab Emirates.
- To protect and maintain this website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose it only where necessary:
- To our hosting and email provider, which stores this website and our mailboxes on our instructions
- To banks, inspection agencies, freight forwarders, insurers and customs authorities where this is required to execute a transaction you have asked us to perform
- To professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and to authorities where we are legally required to disclose
Executing an international trade transaction may involve transferring your business contact details to parties outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, it is because it is necessary to perform the contract or the steps you requested.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are retained for up to two years, so that we can recognise a returning enquirer and follow up. Records connected to an executed transaction are retained for the period required by applicable UAE commercial, tax and anti-money-laundering law, which is generally at least five years from the end of the relevant financial year. Server logs are retained for a short technical period by our hosting provider.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions of the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:
- Confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep
- Restrict or object to a particular processing activity
- Receive data you gave us in a portable form, or have it transferred
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting processing already carried out
Write to info@gse-uae.com and we will respond within thirty days. Residents of the United Arab Emirates hold these rights under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and may complain to the UAE Data Office. Visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom hold equivalent rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and may complain to their national supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and third-party content
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no local storage for tracking.
The contact page embeds a map served by Google. When that page loads, your browser contacts Google directly, which means Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — over which we have no control. Every other element of this site, including all fonts, styles, scripts and images, is served from our own domain. If you prefer not to load the map, use a browser that blocks third-party frames, or contact us for directions by email.
9. Security
This website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our hosting and mailboxes is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us bank details, identity documents or other sensitive material through the enquiry form — we will agree a secure channel with you when such documents are genuinely needed.
Green Stream will never ask you by email to change bank account details for a payment already agreed. If you receive such a request appearing to come from us, telephone your usual contact to verify it before acting.
10. Website terms and disclaimer
The content of this website is published for general information about our activities. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to sell or buy any commodity. Product descriptions, grades, packing options and specifications shown here are indicative only; the binding specification for any transaction is the one stated in the signed contract or written offer for that specific shipment.
We take care to keep this site accurate but give no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability for any decision taken solely in reliance on it.
11. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and design of this website are the property of Green Stream Wholesale of Crops Cereals and Greens Trading L.L.C. They may not be reproduced or republished for commercial purposes without our written consent.
12. Governing law
This notice, and any dispute arising from the use of this website, is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

We may update this notice as our operations or the applicable law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
